Hi, I’m Rachel!
As a photographer I’m always trying to capture those big emotions; excitement, true love, pride, nervousness, shock, laughter. Weddings are full of them. I love to take beautiful portraits but what I’m really looking for are those special moments. It’s really important to me that a couple not only receives a large selection of wedding photos but also enjoys their wedding day!
I have a lot of experience photographing 40+ weddings per year across the U.K, Ireland & abroad. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Photography and a Foundation Degree in Art & Design I have always been extremely passionate about art, drawing inspiration from classic photographers and artists.
I have been nominated as a finalist for “Wedding Photographer of the Year” at The Northern Ireland Wedding awards in 2019 & 2020 and I’m also regularly published in The Ulster Tatler magazine’s wedding section. The Ballymena Guardian also featured my work in an article about restoring my grandfather’s 1950 film photographs, examples of these beautiful black and white medium format images can be found in the film restoration section of my website .
